1. OVERVIEW
By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

2. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY
To maintain our premium service and trust, we offer COD across most pincodes in India.

Verification: We reserve the right to verify COD orders via a phone call or WhatsApp before processing. Unverified orders may be cancelled.

Fair Usage: Customers with a high history of repeated COD rejections across our network may be restricted to "Prepaid Only" for future purchases.

Intent to Purchase: By choosing COD, you enter a verbal contract to accept the delivery and pay the amount due. Malicious refusals at the doorstep hurt our small business and logistics partners.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Timeline: We aim to dispatch "Premium Picks" within 24-48 hours. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days depending on your location in India.

Address Accuracy: The user is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including Landmark and Pincode). We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect details.

4. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
As a curated boutique, we maintain strict quality control:

Damaged Items: If a product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo.

Change of Mind: For premium curated items, we may offer exchanges or store credit rather than cash refunds, unless the product is defective.

COD Refunds: Refunds for COD orders are processed via Bank Transfer or UPI once the item is returned and inspected.

5. ACCURACY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

6. PRICING AND MODIFICATIONS
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. PROHIBITED USES
You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or intimidate based on gender, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PickDesiCom shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
